Sorry to say so, but you haven't fully grasped the contents of being an admin for any major site. One of the first requisites for becoming an admin is to be an active participant and contributor to the site.

Having only one edit, aka this request, doesn't really qualify.

There are no requirements.

Please see this to learn more about the Elections process, where users vote for the candidate they think is best for the position.

I will say, though, that at this point in the wiki, new staff are not needed.

Still, if there is an Election in the near future, I will be sure to let everyone know.
