Update 1.13

V · T · E

1.2.14 was released as a hotfix for iOS related to Update 1.2.13 on April 5, 2018, cancelling all previous betas relate to this minor update. See changelog.

Betas[]

Before all changes were reverted, and the hotfix for iOS was released, Mojang released both build 2 and build 3 with new features related to Update 1.4, both ended up being covered in the same [1]. Build 2 carried the bulk of the beta changes, but due to the duality of the changelog these are documented in Update 1.2.14/build_3.

None of these changes were carried through to the final release, and are most likely going to re-occur in a future beta release.

Quick-fix[]

The actual content of the quick-fix for iOS is not described with exception of a tweet[1] from Matt Gartzke:

iOS Minecraft players: You will start getting a new update (1.2.14) which introduces a fix for test commands appearing when they shouldn't this is the only fix in this update. For other platforms, this issue will be fixed via a service-side update soon.

Trivia[]

  • Both Update 1.2.14 and Update 1.2.15 were only released for iOS, but are still multiplayer compatible with Update 1.2.13.
